Why I built Hay

My wife has been a professional horse trainer for over ten years. Her organizational system (when she had one) was google sheets, calendar, and a whiteboard. This worked pretty well but she always wished she had a single place to keep everything.

So I built her an app. Tasks, lessons, feed charts, invoices and a bunch of other stuff that helps her stay organized. She uses it every day, and every feature in Hay exists because she suggested it.

Now you can use it too, hopefully priced so perople can afford it. I hope it helps.

Yes Hay is designed mobile-first so it works where you do.
One account works across multiple barns. Staff, students, and owners can be invited to different barns using pro codes, and you switch between them from the dashboard.
You can add people by name and email. They'll receive an invite to sign up, and once they do their clinic enrollments, invoices, and records are automatically linked to their new account.
Yes. Pro users connect their own Stripe account and clients pay invoices directly, Hay doesn't take a cut. Clinic deposits and fees flow through the same system.
A Pro user creates a clinic, sets ride fees and deposit amounts, and enrolls participants, even people who don't have a Hay account yet. Invoices are generated automatically. Waitlists kick in when a clinic is full. Clinicians get their own workspace for notes, assessments, and intake responses.
